On 25th May you came to collect my horse, Hank, after an accident meant he had to be put down. I have been meaning to drop you a not to express my gratitude for the service provided. You came out of hours and on a bank holiday also very quickly. If you had not come out when you did Hank would have been left over night, which I could not have coped with. I just want you to know how much this was appreciated. I have lost my best friend and a most remarkable horse and the part you played at his end made the situation slightly more bearable.

Dear Sir,
Sadly one of my Pony had to be put to sleep on Wednesday 28th October. Kate the vet from Conor Fenelon clinic recommended your companies cremation service and made the call on my behalf to have Fella collected that evening. The young man that came out to collect Fella was a credit to you company, he showed up most respect when loading Fella and this helped to ease the pain of loosing my beloved pony. I am sorry that I am unable to recall his name, however I am sure that your records will show whom I am referring to. Please pass on my thanks to him as I was trying hard not to let my emotions get the better of me so this I could deal with what needed to be done.

I am writing to say a huge thank you, to you all, for the fantastic and high quality plaque you have done for me of Oliver’s shoe and engraving as well as the high quality service you have given when looking after my horse Oliver. Sadly loosing him on 8th march 2010, you respected the time I had with him before you took him away for cremation. You took care of his shoe that I wanted as memorabilia and arranged everything I asked for, it was lovely to have someone else organise thins without the added stress and worry, especially after loosing my dearest friend – Oliver. I was grateful to you for delivering Oliver’s shoes to Wylies for me, which was a huge help and convenience. I was speechless when I looked at the plaque; I wasn’t sure how it was going to turn out. I was extremely anxious before I see it as loosing Oliver was hard enough and to have a memorabilia of him that was faultless was the thing I wanted most. I am so grateful to you for what you have done, from the kindness and professionalism, with heartfelt emotions and tact at the very first phone call to the delivery and quality of the plaque and shoe. I will always remember your service as a top quality and friendly service that I will always share with my friends and with people I know who are going through the same thing I went through.
